Wattage: 18W / 24W / 30W / 36W / 45W / 60W / 72W. 36W in 60×60 cm is the volume seller for office grids.
Dimensions: 30×30 cm (18–24W), 60×60 cm (30–45W), 30×120 cm (36–45W), 60×120 cm (60–72W). Custom sizes available but MOQ applies.
Input: AC 100–277V, 50/60 Hz. Wide voltage means one SKU works across most grid voltages.
Efficacy: ≥ 110 lm/W standard, ≥ 100 lm/W for CRI 90+ PRO. The PRO drop is because high-CRI phosphors eat some efficiency — normal and expected.
CRI: ≥ 80 standard, ≥ 90 PRO, ≥ 95 PRO-Ultra (on request, lead time longer). R9 ≥ 50 on all PRO models.
CCT: 3000K / 4000K / 5000K / 6500K. Tunable white 2700K–6500K available for circadian/human-centric projects but needs DALI DT8 drivers — adds cost and commissioning.
UGR: < 19 with standard opal diffuser, < 16 with microprism option. If your project spec says "UGR < 19 per EN 12464-1," the standard diffuser clears it. If it says UGR < 16 (common in German office specs), you need the microprism lens and you'll lose about 5–8% light output.
Beam angle: 120° with opal, 90° with microprism.
IP rating: IP40 standard (dry indoor ceiling), IP54 for humidity-prone areas, IP65 for bathroom/kitchen/anywhere that sees water spray. IP65 panel lights exist but are a different mechanical design — the frame is fully gasketed and the diffuser is sealed. Don't expect an IP40 panel to survive a kitchen ceiling.
IK rating: IK06 standard, IK08 with reinforced frame.
Housing: Aluminum alloy frame, white powder coat. Back cover is 0.5 mm galvanized steel standard, aluminum if you need lighter weight for suspended install. Diffuser is PMMA (standard) or PS (budget — we don't recommend it, yellows faster).
LED chips: Bridgelux standard, Philips Lumileds for PRO, Osram available on request. Bridgelux gives the best consistency for CRI 90 across batches — we've had fewer color-shift complaints with them than with any other brand at this tier.
Driver: MOSO standard, Meanwell on request, Sosen for OEM programs. External driver — there's a compartment in the back or it mounts remotely in the ceiling void. We default to MOSO because it hits the right reliability-to-cost ratio for indoor commercial. If your project is a hospital or 24/7 facility, pay for the Meanwell upgrade.
Dimming: Non-dim, 0-10V, DALI-2, Triac, Zigbee 3.0. 0-10V is the most common for commercial projects. DALI-2 if you need addressability or BMS integration. Triac is rare for panel lights but we can do it for retrofit jobs.
Power factor: ≥ 0.95. THD < 15%.
L70: ≥ 50,000 hrs at Tc 75°C, TM-21 from LM-80 data. This is at our luminaire's measured case temperature, not the LED manufacturer's lab-condition number.
Operating temp: -20°C to +45°C. If you're putting these in an unconditioned warehouse office in Dubai in August, tell us and we'll spec a driver rated for the ambient.
Warranty: 3 years standard, 5 or 7 on PRO with Meanwell driver.
Certifications: CE, RoHS. ENEC available, CB available, UL on select models (check per wattage).
Installation: Recessed into T-bar grid (standard, spring clips), surface mount (adds a frame kit — buy it, don't Jerry-rig it), suspended (wire kit), or plasterboard with spring clips.
Packaging: 1 per inner box, 6–8 per master carton depending on size.
Use this pattern to build the SKU:
LFL-PL-[wattage]-[size]-[CRI]-[CCT]-[dimming]-[driver brand]
LFL-PL-36W-60×60-CRI90-4000K-DALI-MW
→ 36W, 60×60 cm, CRI 90, 4000K, DALI-2 dimming, Meanwell driver
If you're not sure what you need, send us the project spec and we'll tell you which variant fits. We'd rather spend ten minutes in email than ship you the wrong dimming protocol.
