What payment terms do you require?

30% T/T with order , balance before shipment .

What is your pricing structure?

The pricing structure including the cost ,the VIP discount , the Quantity-based tiered pricing.

Can you provide samples? If charged, what are the costs and lead time?

We can provide samples for comfirmation , no more than 2pcs for each model . samples will be charged and return in the 1st order . lead time for samples is 2weeks.

What shipping terms do you support?

FOB Xiamen .

What warranty period do you offer? What defects does it cover?

We provide 5yrs/3yrs/2yrs warrenty for choice . 1% defects cover .

Which certifications do your lights hold?

Mandatory: CE, RoHS. Target markets: UL/FCC/EAC etc.

What is your standard production lead time after order confirmation?

Normally the the lead time is 40days after the prepayment received . Details need to confirm on time .

What is the estimated lifespan (L70/B50) of your lights? Do you have LM-80 + TM-21 reports?

Normally , the estimated lifespan for 5yrs warrenty models is 50000hrs. We have the LM80 test reports on the led chips .

What IP rating (e.g., IP65/IP66) and IK rating do your lights achieve? Can you provide test reports?

The water proof is about IP65 or IP 66 , IK rating is IK08. we have the test report of our own lab .

What materials are used for the housing, lens, and sealing of your LED flood lights?

Die-casting Aliminum and the compacted glass.
