Wattage: 10W / 20W / 30W / 50W / 100W / 150W / 200W / 300W / 400W / 500W / 600W / 800W / 1000W / 1200W / 1600W. Below 50W is mostly small architectural and sign lighting. 100–500W covers most commercial and industrial jobs. 600W+ is for sports fields and large-area sites.
Input: AC 100–277V, 50/60 Hz. 200–480V for high-wattage models — fewer amps per circuit, smaller cable.
Efficacy: ≥ 140 lm/W for 100–500W, ≥ 130 lm/W for 600W+. The drop at higher wattages is thermal — more watts, more heat, slightly lower efficacy. Normal across all manufacturers.
CRI: ≥ 70 standard, ≥ 80 on request, ≥ 90 for sports. R9 ≥ 50 on CRI 90 models. For facade lighting, CRI 80 is usually enough — building materials don't change color. For a retail flagship or a stadium with TV cameras, CRI 90 is the minimum.
CCT: 3000K / 4000K / 5000K / 5700K. RGB and RGBW for architectural color-changing applications — that's a whole different driver and control setup, usually DMX.
Beam angle: 15° / 25° / 45° / 60° / 90° / 120° / asymmetric. 15° is a long-throw pencil beam for high mast — hits a narrow area from 30+ meters. 25–45° are the workhorses for sports and area lighting. 60–120° for wider coverage and lower mounting. Asymmetric is for architectural wash — throws light up and evenly across a facade without a hotspot at the top.
Light distribution: Symmetric (NEMA beam classifications), asymmetric, or bi-symmetric depending on the lens and reflector setup. Tell us what you're lighting and from where, and we'll recommend the right optics.
IP rating: IP65 standard, IP66 for coastal. Same logic as our other outdoor products — IP66 if you're within sight of salt water.
IK rating: IK08.
Housing: ADC12 die-cast aluminum, powder coated in grey or black. Custom RAL with MOQ. Fins are cast into the body. Tempered glass lens ≥ 4 mm, ≥ 92% transmittance.
LED chips: Philips Lumileds standard. Bridgelux, Osram, or Sanan (cost-optimized) on request. Sanan chips are about 10–12% lower efficacy than Lumileds but 20–25% cheaper — worth considering for price-sensitive projects where the slightly higher energy cost over 10 years is acceptable.
Driver: Meanwell HLG/XLG series standard on 100–500W. For the big modular arrays (600W+), we use per-module drivers — each 200W module gets its own driver, so one failure doesn't darken the whole fixture. MOSO and Sosen on request.
Surge protection: 6 kV L-N standard, 10 kV on request.
Dimming: Non-dim, 0-10V, DALI-2, PWM on request. For sports and area lighting, 0-10V covers most needs. DALI-2 if you're BMS-integrated. DMX for architectural RGB projects.
Mounting: Adjustable U-bracket as standard — ±90° tilt, ±180° swivel. Pole-mount clamp and slip-fitter for pole-top mounting available. The bracket is stainless steel on all models above 200W.
Cable: H05RN-F 3×1.0 mm² up to 200W, 3×1.5 mm² for 300W+. Custom lengths on request.
Power factor: ≥ 0.95. THD < 10%.
L70: ≥ 50,000 hrs at Tc 75°C standard. ≥ 100,000 hrs possible with Lumileds + Meanwell but depends on the thermal design of that specific wattage.
Operating temp: -40°C to +50°C. The lower end matters for outdoor installations in cold climates — some drivers won't start below -20°C. Ours do.
Flicker: < 5% standard, < 1% for sports/TV models. The flicker spec is critical for broadcast — if you're lighting a stadium that might host televised events, spec the 1% version. It costs more because the driver filtering is more elaborate.
Breather valve: M12 stainless steel on all models ≥ 200W.
Warranty: 3 years standard, 5 years PRO, 7 years PRO + Meanwell.
Certifications: CE, RoHS, CB. ENEC on request. UL and DLC on select models.
Modular means individual 200W–400W LED modules bolted to a common frame, each with its own driver. When one module fails, the rest keep running — you replace a module, not the whole fixture. This design also means we stock one module type and scale wattage by adding more of them, which simplifies spare parts.

For sports: add external visors/barn-doors and internal louvers for glare control, DMX control if you need color-changing effects, and make sure you spec flicker ≤ 1% and CRI ≥ 90 with R9 ≥ 50 or the broadcast engineer will reject it.
