National standard of medical mask and its application scope
I. standards and important technical indexes of mask 1. mask meets GB19083-2003 technical requirements of mask. Important technical indexes include filtration efficiency of non oil particles and air flow resistance: (1) filtration efficiency: under the condition of air flow (85 ± 2) l / min, the aerodynamic diameter (0.24 ± 0.06) μ M. the filtration efficiency of sodium chloride aerosol shall not be less than 95%, i.e. it shall conform to N95 (or FFP2) and above. (2) suction resistance: under the above flow conditions, the suction resistance shall not exceed 343.2pa (35mmh2o). 2. The mask meets the standard of YY 0469-2004 technical requirements for mask. The important technical indexes include filtration efficiency, bacterial filtration efficiency and respiratory resistance: (1) filtration efficiency: under the condition of air flow (30 ± 2) l / min, the filtration efficiency of (0.24 ± 0.06) μ M sodium chloride aerosol with aerodynamic median diameter is not lower than that of (0.24 ± 0.06) 30%; (2) bacterial filtration efficiency: under the specified conditions, the filtration efficiency of Staphylococcus aureus aerosol with an average particle diameter of (3 ± 0.3) μ m shall not be lower than 95%; (3) respiratory resistance: under the condition of filtration efficiency flow, the suction resistance shall not exceed 49pa, and the expiratory resistance shall not exceed 29.4pa. 3. The general mask meets the relevant registered product standards (yzb), and generally lacks the filtration efficiency requirements for particles and bacteria, or the filtration efficiency requirements for particles and bacteria are lower than those for medical surgical mask and medical protective mask.
